Movement
My specialty is meeting you where you're at. If you already workout, great. If you haven't worked out in years, or ever, worry not. Movement doesn't HAVE to be a "workout". My goal is to help you get/stay strong... which gets even more important the older we get. We'll discuss where you're at, where you want to be, and how we're going to get you there.Â
I'll be with you every step of the way to make sure you have proper form and that we're getting in movement that makes you feel good... physically, mentally, and spiritually.Â
Nutrition
I don't believe in counting calories or eliminating food groups. We'll start by discussing what your nutrition habits already look like and make small tweaks so you learn how to make healthy eating delicious not boring, a lifestyle NOT a diet.
Stress Management
Stress is the often overlooked catalyst of extra belly fat (and many diseases). We'll make sure that you are getting proper sleep, not overloading your calendar, and trying a variety of stress management techniques to find the level of zen that fits your lifestyle.
RoutineÂ
Routine is the foundation of life. What I want for all women is their version of what I call your "save the day" routine. You deserve to have time carved out just for you, each and every day, to do the practices that keep your mind right and body tight. Your routine is your sacred special time.Â
