Hi, I'm DaniĀ and I've built my reputation on keeping it realš¤š¼I try to keep it real with what I say, what I put on and in my body, and use around my house... BUT I'm also all about embracing what makes me feel confident, which includes getting Botox and fillerš, and I don't give AF what other people have to say about itš¤š¼ I am all about looking and feelingĀ good, butĀ when all we focus on is wanting to fix our bodies, we're always telling her she's not good enoughš„¹ And frankly, if you haven't done the work on the inside, it doesn't matter how skinny or fit you get, you still won't be happy.Ā
When I pivoted from focusing solely on the physical body and added in practices that boosted mental and spiritual health, it all came together. I went from a go-go-go lifestyle focused on fitness to slowing down and building a routine that made me feel peacefulĀ and whole. I realized that I have been able to stay committed because everything I do is aĀ habit, anĀ unbreakable habit. Itās just like brushing my teeth. There is no question of āwill Iā or āwonāt Iā.Ā
And thatās why I created Slow and Steady, the Anti-Diet...my passion project to help women get off the fad diet roller coaster andĀ learn how to love themselves inĀ all her shapes and sizes.

You'll get access to the Slow and Steady course that we go through together twice a year. You may wish to go through it at your own pace, which is ok too! You will get access to a module per week, which consists of one new lifestyle/mindset assignment and one nutrition tweak to learn new habits at a slow and steady pace.
THEN, we are going to meet weekly, via Zoom, and do live 1:1 coaching sessions in a group setting. Even if you don't want to share at first, you learn so much from listening to other ladies' stories. It won't take long before you say "me too". We're all going through a lot of the same struggles.
